If you’ve been putting off a ZK upgrade because it feels too risky, too complex, or simply not worth the manual effort, you can finally move forward with confidence.
We recently completed a long-overdue migration of our own application, ZK Fiddle, using a structured, AI-assisted approach we call Memory-First. At its core, the approach combines a curated knowledge base, AI tooling, and human verification — making the migration process significantly more predictable and efficient than traditional manual methods. The short version: a 2-year-blocked upgrade was completed systematically, with full test coverage and traceable changes at every step. Read the full story →
✨ Now, we’re opening this up to selected pilot projects. 🙌
If you’re running an older ZK version, here’s what the pilot journey looks like:
📝 Free Initial Assessment Fill out the sign-up form and we’ll evaluate whether your project is a good fit — no commitment, no cost.
🪄 Detailed Assessment (fee — waived for pilot applicants) For qualified projects, we go deeper: a thorough project assessment, a structured migration plan with coverage analysis, and an execution fee estimate. You decide whether to move forward before anything begins.
🎯 Project Execution (fee) Once the scope is agreed, we execute the migration, with joint testing and validation to make sure nothing gets left behind.
As part of the pilot program, the Detailed Assessment fee is fully waived. We’re working with a limited number of projects, so if you’ve been sitting on an overdue upgrade, now is a good time to start the conversation.
